Sometimes it feels as if having a large bust is the equivalent of being pregnant. When you are pregnant people generally glance at you, ask questions, and also give advice when not called for.
The usual questions people will ask, “Have you had a boob job?” Many people feel that no one can naturally have breast this size, and instead augmentation surgery must have been done to achieve the size of my chest. Usually it will be other women who will assume that this size of my bust was achieved through surgery.
Other then people mistaking me for having breast implants, a few people will always suggest that I have a breast reduction. This advice is from the small number of people who feel that no one should have a bust this size, that I can’t be happy with it, and that a breast reduction is what is needed. They are quick to give their opinion.
There was one incident that happened in which I felt angry about men who think they can touch and look as much as they like, with no regard for the woman. I was out the other day in town and a man old enough to be my dad walks up to me, to block my path, stops, and stares at my chest for ages with a look of ownership and pride on his face. He actually stops in front of me to do this, so that I have to move out of HIS way!
What everyone in these situations are not aware of is that my bust belongs to me. They fail to see how their comments and stares might hurt, or that I prefer not to have surgery completed. All that matters in the end is how comfortable you are with yourself…
