I just cannot seem to get any energy! I work out, but maybe I'm not getting enough sleep? I sleep about 9 hours a day-shouldn't that cover it?

I've heard that everyone needs a different amount of sleep every night. Have you tried increasing the amount of sleep you get? Or, maybe you're getting too much sleep?
