Along the same lines, which is better? I can't stand the taste of soy milk-it's kind of gritty; well, maybe it's the texture I have a problem with. Also, it's really expensive. So, is it worth switching or is cow milk just as good?

Unless you have a lactose problem or something I would think cows milk would be just fine.  My husband loves soy but I won't touch the stuff, lol!

That's really funny-my husband loves it, too! His favorite is Chocolate Silk. I think it is so gross! I wonder why that is. Hmm...
