I went shopping this weekend. AAAHHH!!! I get so frustrated. I work out five days a week and still look like tee-total crap! I know the fault is all my own-I may work out hard, but I eat hard, too!
I'm the other way around. I watch what I eat and do really well with that. But, I haven't seen the inside of a gym in years. How do you motivate yourself to go to the gym that much?
