A couple of years back, I heard something about various ways people express their love for each other. I think there are seven or so of them. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I do know what you are talking about, but I can't remember where I heard about it either. It was something like some people express love by doing things while others express love by expressing their feelings. This can cause conflict b/c if a man expresses love by doing things and takes out the trash w/out being asked, he's expressing his love. But, b/c he's not sharing his feelings to a woman who shows her love by sharing feelings, she thinks he doesn't really love her. I know there were other ways to express love, but i can't think of them either.

I never heard of this but it sounds interesting.  I can understand how it works though, and how couples that are made up of different types wouldnt work or would have to work harder. Interesting.
