Does anyone know the breast cancer rate for men? There is a man in our circle of friends who swears the whole thing about men getting breast cancer is an urban legend.

I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life! Of course, men getting breast cancer is real! The statistic that I am familiar with is that about 1700 men a year are diagnosed w/ breast cancer.

I didn't know men could get breast cancer. I mean I know they have muscle there, but I thought you had to have fatty tissue to get breast cancer which men don't really have there.
