Which type of science do you think is most important for the future of our world?

I would say physics and biology.

Not as bad as you think

I would think the study of genetics is the most important.  That is what is driving so much of science right now and it actually serves a good purpose.

Finding my muse

if i had to name just one science it would have to be physics  the science  of how the universe works. no physicists no inventions incidently over half of the scientists working in the USA be it govenment or industry are from other countries
