DOes anyone have one of those ebook readers hat came out not too long ago?

I saw the one by Sony at Borders and think it is kinda cool, but will never replace my books. Might be a great way to load a bunch of books that I can take on a trip with me to save space.

What do you think of them and ebooks?

I saw one of those around CHristmas time but I didnt really get the point of them.  They really only have best sellers available and classics but not so much other books that I like.

I will usually just buy the book and I am fine with that.

My friend has one of the first generation readers and it's great.  I would recommend waiting till the next generation comes out though because there are some issues with the scrollers.  THey dont work as good as they should.

Amazon has such a long wait list for their kindles that I doubt anyone will get them anymore.  They made it like the Wii effect, I don't think they were expecting quite the response they got so now they can't meet demand. 

Pretty cool devices though.
