I saw something on the news the other day that a big research firm was looking for people to volunteer to be injected with malaria so they could test a new drug out on them.

Would you ever do something like this? 

I am surprised that they havent tested the vaccine out on themselves like so many researchers used to do.  Polio and salmonella vaccines were discovered that way, werent they?
