For camp, kids must be able to swim a minumum of requirements.  If camp is only four months away and I have a brother who has never swam before, is it reasonable to think that he will be able to pick up enough in lessons from now till then to pass?

The reqs. call for four different strokes to be done and trading water for five minutes.
