Who is your favorite purse designer?  Either for the season or all the time? 

I love Prada, but I am not too happy with their Spring collection of bags. 

I don't have any one favorites, but a list of favorites that I like to shop every season.  I go more for a style I like and then look for the designers that make those kinds of purses.

More than anything though I buy a couple everyday purses from regular stores that I shop at, like New York and Company.

Keeping my head above water lol

I love Guess bags!  They have this beautiful white bag right now that I am dying to have, but I don't have the money.  Last purse I got from them was a year and a half ago and it was a gift from my boyfriend.

I love Dooney and Bourke.  They have this awesome canary yellow bag right now that I want for summer.  It's a little out of budget though, need to pick up another side job just to keep up with my fashion wants.

Not as bad as you think

I like Louis Vuitton, but I hate that there are so many fakes out there that any real ones I buy everyone takes for a fake.  People who really know designer bags though, know the reals from the fakes.

Finding my muse

I am kind of clueless about designers.  I get more hung up on the bag's actual looks and function.

I splurged this spring and bought a Banana Republic shoulder bag (the chalk white Kensington)and a black patent clutch (also a Banana Republic Kensington).  I love them both and use them a lot.

I got a Coach patchwork wristlet today.  It just looked cute and cheerful.

My dream bag would be a black Chanel 2.55 bag.  Maybe a Birkin would be cool too.

I guess I know more than I thought!  I have GOT to shop shopping!

 

I returned the Coach wristlet purse.  It just wasn't me.  Oh well.

Got a cute purse on sale (50% off) the other day.  It's chocolate brown, round with gold chain and leather handles and a swirly pleat design on one side.  I did a little research and found out it is a "Petite Amour" by Alexis Hudson (from the fall 2007 collection).  I then saw a photo of Eva Longoria with a larger black version of the same bag!

Got to window shop some more!
