Are there any diet pills that you guys have tried recently?  While at WalMart I noticed a couple new kinds and was thinking of trying one to drop a couple pounds but I dont want to go with any one.

I usually do not buy any diest pills because they have never worked for me in the past, but I saw those new Alli pills at Walmart recently.  My sister was on the phone with me while I was shopping and she insisted that they were working for her.

I bought a bottle and used them everday like you were supposed to but I didnt have any results.  Forty dollars down the drain.

Not sure what other new ones are out right now.

Not as bad as you think

Oh, I try and avoid those things like the plague.  The one time I used them I felt like I was having a heart attack and my blood pressure got very high.  I don't like them at all.

I tried diet pills a long time ago, but I gained the weight back so fast after I stopped using them that the next time I decided diet and exercise were the way to go.  The pills don't always work for everyone, and like someone else said, they arent always the healthiest things.
