It is this new exercise program that is supposed to work even more muscles than Pilates and Yoga do. Focus is placed on strength to help you lean down and tone muscle. I think it has a basis in ballet because when you buy the instructional video and stuff, it comes with a collapsible bar.
Never heard of it before, but if it is anything like yoga I probably would try it. Do you have to do the ballet moves, or do you just do the stretching and conditioning that dancers do? I know those are supposed to be some really intense workouts.

Never heard of it either, but there are always new exercise methods coming out and it is so hard to keep up with them. Most of them end up being fads anyway and videos and stuff are no longer made for them.
