What are the nutritional needs of someone going through treatment for breast cancer?

One of the most important things to consider is that chemo often makes people sick to their stomachs. So, the patient may not be able to tolerate much of anything at all.

I read something not too long ago that tomatoes are really important for women to eat when they have breast cancer.  Also good for you to eat them if you don't have breast cancer because it helps you avoid getting it.

I think most of the time they depend on the nutrition they get from IVs because they often cant eat real food. The treatment makes you really sick that it is sometimes impossible to eat.
