Has everyone else heard about the lawsuit that Rowling is bringing against a guy that wrote an encyclopedia on everything Harry Potter. It just makes me stop and think of all the tutorials and things like cliff notes that people write.  How come the Harry Potter books would be a special case? 

I heard about that but I don't get it.  Encyclpedias are made about other books and literature all the time.  This should be the same as those books.
