My old bras are not fitting me anymore.  I really cant afford the really expensive plus size bras for like $50.  Does anyone know of any places I can get them cheaper?

Good question.  My old bras are falling apart and its time for me to get rid of them.

Have you tried pricing Just My Size, Playtex or Lane Bryant's Cacique bras lately? I know Wal Mart and/or Target carry JMS and Playtex. Lane Bryant was having a sale--I got some T-shirts and Real Woman dollars. Maybe some bras are on sale. Hope this helps.

Good tips. FYI - Walmart only goes up to DDD in most cases.   

I saw a link some place to big girls bra.  They have a ton of bras.  Same with JustMy Size. Local boutiques are good because you can get fitted.

Thanks for the info, eastofeden. In my local Walmart and Target, anything over a D cup does get picked over quickly. Thought maybe you all had better stores near you. OK, other (but $40 and up) ideas. If you are in the DC area, Sylene (sylenedc.com, near the Friendship Heights Metro station) carries up to 46H. Dor-Ne Corset Shoppe in Silver Spring,MD carries up to 52J (dornecorset.com). Both shops will measure you and that may be worth it if you think your size has changed. Hope this helps. If I have any other ideas, I will let you know.

There is a website that has a listing of several companies that have bra's up to J cup. I have found the cheapest way to get good quality bras is to go into a lingerie shop and be properly fitted and then jump online to find sales!
